Every project starts with understanding how your business actually runs.
In our initial conversations, I work with you to get a clear picture of your day-to-day operations—where time is being spent, where things tend to break down, and where work is being done manually that doesn’t need to be.
This isn’t a surface-level discussion about “using AI.” The goal is to identify specific workflows that, if improved, would meaningfully impact how your team operates. By the end of this phase, we have a clear sense of what should be built and why it matters.

Once the problem is clearly defined, I design and implement a system to solve it.
These systems are built to fit into your existing tools—whether that’s your CRM, internal documents, or current workflows. Rather than replacing what already works, the focus is on removing friction and making those systems more effective.
Depending on the use case, this might involve automating internal processes, generating and routing communication, or ensuring that key actions happen automatically without someone needing to remember to trigger them.

Building the system is only part of the process. Making sure your team is comfortable using it is just as important.
After implementation, I walk through the system with your team in a practical, hands-on way. This usually involves a working session where we go through how the system fits into their day-to-day responsibilities, what has changed, and how to use it effectively.
There’s also space here to ask questions, surface edge cases, and make adjustments based on how the system performs in real use. The goal is for the system to feel intuitive and fully integrated.
